What does TradeDoubler do?

  • Åsa: We help companies optimize their online sales and general marketing on the web. Simply put, we enable our customers to reach their customers in an efficient way by matching the right advertisement with the right customer.

Why did you choose TradeDoubler?

  • Olov: I wanted to work with engineer-related challenges and was interested in automated advertising optimization. Working for TradeDoubler met both these requirements. I did my university dissertation at TradeDoubler, which evolved into a permanent position.
  • Åsa: I'd worked on a number of pretty visionary web projects before – but felt the need to see faster results. At TradeDoubler you see immediate results. I was also attracted by TradeDoubler's smart and interesting business concept.

What's most fun about your job?

  • Olov: Working with advanced technology and being instrumental in driving technological development. We've got one of Europe's absolute leading advertising networks, which is a great challenge to work with and enhance.
  • Åsa: As Account Director I'm both responsible for increasing our customers' online sales through a joint strategy and manager of a team of employees. Managing, coaching and seeing them succeed is fantastic.

Once upon a time…

Digital marketing has developed from straightforward banner advertising to an integrated approach based on a range of solutions such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) marketing, sales activities, banner campaigns and social media marketing. TradeDoubler's products enable advertisers to monitor and optimize the impact of their marketing activities in all these areas. TradeDoubler has expanded rapidly since its inception in 1999 when the market developed and today has 600 employees and operations in 18 countries.
